Guidelines for publishing and streaming video

Introduction

Creators who publish and stream video, thank you for reviewing our guidelines.

LOOIFEND GAMES welcomes creators to post or stream videos. Therefore, our guidelines have been set as a policy to pursue a form with as few restrictions as possible for creators.

​

However, in order to create an environment where gamers can focus on the content, we have established some prohibitions. Creators who plan to post or stream videos will be deemed to have agreed to these guidelines, so we would appreciate it if you could take care not to violate any prohibited provisions.

  • Guidelines for publishing and streaming video

    • Video publishing and live streaming can be freely performed without prior contact, regardless of the user's affiliation as an individual or corporation, or profit, such as profit or non-profit, as long as it does not violate any prohibitions.

    • The scope and content of disclosure are left to the customer's discretion, but in the case of postings containing “spoilers”, we ask that other customers be considerate and clearly indicate that purpose.

    • If the content of your submission contains a work whose copyright is held by a third party other than our company, it is necessary to obtain permission from the third party who holds the rights to the work, separately from complying with these guidelines.

    • Images and videos posted using our content may be used for secondary purposes, such as in our marketing activities. Please understand in advance.

             ※Secondary use refers to use for activities such as posting images or introducing videos on SNS

  • Prohibitions

    • Promotion of politics, religion, or specific beliefs.

    • Expressions that are intended or received to attack, slander, or slander an individual, a specific group, or a company.

    • Expressions that go against public morals.

    • Posting or streaming for the purpose of advertising or promoting other products or services.

    • Submissions that infringe upon our company's or a third party's ownership rights, intellectual property rights including copyright, reputation, credibility, privacy, and any other rights.

    • Redistribute submitted content to other media, regardless of whether paid or free.

    • Impersonating or intentionally causing people to believe that they are receiving sponsorship or recognition from our company or our associates, contrary to the facts.

    • Excessive editing and processing that damages game content or images.

    • Using images or videos that have been re-edited videos or key visuals posted by us on video sharing sites.

    • Encouragement of modification, posting or streaming of content through data falsification such as cheats.

    • Other things that occur unexpectedly, incidentally, and are judged to be inappropriate.

    • These guidelines are intended to support smooth video delivery activities, and do not provide any guarantees based on these guidelines. You are responsible for all incidents that may occur due to your activities, and our company does not take any responsibility.

    • For videos or images that are judged to be in violation of these guidelines, we may take action such as reporting them to the platform where they were posted or distributed. (We will not answer individually regarding judgment criteria)

    • These guidelines are updated frequently, so please be sure to check the latest guidelines before publishing.
